Went to get some alteration on my clothes the owner said I had to pay fifty percent of the total price while waiting for my ride notice he didn't ask the next customer for a fifty percent deposit of the total price I BELEAVE in giving second chance next i went back to get a gray skirt hem when I picked up the skirt i notice nothing was done to my skirt i told the TAILOR nothing was done you would think i ask for her FIRST BORN she was so RUDE didn't want me to talk said i would have to pay again the man behind the desk stuck up for her he said the thread is the same the thread is the same because thats way it came from the factory so I tried the skirt on she most have realized she was wrong because her whole attude changed she didn't even apologized she was so lazy she tuned the material over on the original hem and stich it down on the machine ( to add the thread she used was not the same shade as the original)I could have done it myself with a needle and thread the length wasn't what I wanted . they don't treat all thair customers the same I just took my skirt and left because I new if i had arguing back they would have called the police Also they charge diffrence prices for a pencil skirt 24.50 and 38.50 I don't understand why the owner and the tailor don't was so petty HE OWNS THE PLAZA HIS BUSINESS IS IN. the OWNER ! will rip you off with a smile.rich people are not the most honest people the tailor have more nastey attitude and not afraid to show it ! She needs to go to ANGER management classes I will be taken this issue to the better Business Bureau the nerve charging me a fifty percent deposit and not anyone else and two different prices for a pencil skirt RUDE tailor want me to pay for work she never did in the first place ! They were busy but Kyle immediately greeted us and spent time finding a great suit for me to rock tonight. He took my measurements and explained the best fit for my size while being extremely knowledgeable on everything fit related.

I went in there and basically said “dress me” I needed a full week of work clothes ranging in formality from business casual to business formal. Vic walked me right to my size without taking any measurements and walked me thru the Do’s and Dont’s of work wear. I came out with 2 suits that I can interchange all pieces of. A couple neutral shirts. A few sweaters and Brown shoes and belt, to complete the outfits. I can make so many nice outfits from what I grabbed. I literally got complimented that day at a work interview. You don’t really get customer service like that anymore. They will be there the entire time. 10/10...
