Great Comics, Terrible Vibe This shop is so close to being a gem. The inventory is genuinely fantastic. They have an impressive selection with plenty of variant covers that would make any collector happy. On paper, it's everything you'd want from a local comic book store.

Unfortunately, the stellar collection is completely overshadowed by the consistently cold and unwelcoming customer service. I have been in twice and dealt with the same individual behind the counter and both times I was met with a dry, dismissive attitude that made me feel like my presence was an annoyance.

For a local business, especially one in a quieter shopping plaza, you'd expect a more welcoming atmosphere. It’s a shame to feel like an inconvenience just for wanting to browse and buy something. After reading other reviews, it's clear my experience isn't an isolated incident. It's sad that the closest comic shop to me is one I can no longer support, but I made my last purchase here today. I've been coming here off and on for years and years but I think I'm done visiting. Store has a great selection of back issues but they are mostly overpriced based on market value. I will say, they have a nice wall of mostly weekly books. They have a lack of toys/collectibles but that's not as important. They have a section for Pokemon and magic too if that's your thing. The biggest problem with this store is the customer service. I've learned that any questions to the guy behind the counter will result in a snarky, sarcastic and often rudely tinged answer.
