Waterbury Eye Care is by far the best. Dr. Randi Willand is exceptional. She not only gives you a thorough exam, but she gives you the best experience. She is down to earth and has compassion. She cares about people. Tanya is also great! She is SO helpful when picking out frames. She listens to what you are looking for and gives honest opinions. Never pushy or rude. The office is spacious and gives you the home feeling. There is a great selection of frames in all price points to choose from....

I hadn't had an eye exam in about 4 years so made an appointment. The receptionist was friendly, the office is clean and spacious, and Dr. Willand is super friendly and explained everything in layman's terms. She was also honest and said that while I COULD get glasses right now, the difference wouldn't be very noticeable about this point so it wasn't worth the money... BUT, she said, I'd probably need them in a couple years for sure...so I'll be back, but in the meantime, I had a totally...

This place is the worst to get a hold of anyone. If you need information, Such as your prescription, you have to leave messages and wait for them to call you back and they are NOT prompt. Dr. Randi is awesome and is wonderful with my son but as far as service goes, there is only one personWho works there. She gets testy with you when you call her out on her long wait periods. When I finally get my son's prescription, we will not be returning. This was how it was pre covid...
