Farnsworth Electronics — Local services in Waterloo

This was a mail order purchase and it went flawlessly. A certain kit I was looking for has become hard to find but I tracked one down at Farnsworth Electronics. I asked that it be packaged well and just as requested it showed up double boxed. I know this cost them a bit more but it’s greatly appreciated. What’s more, the internal package was sealed with just a bit of tape, so I have a brand new padded envelope to use. Whether this was intentional I do not know but I’ll count it! The finishing touch was a nice handwritten note included on the invoice. These are the personal touches you don’t get from Amazon or big box stores and I feel good supporting a small local business. I will be shopping with them again even though I’m a couple states away....
