Great knowledge. Great service. Very nice store. Excellent location on a frontage road to University Avenue, and pretty good prices too. Update: December 26th 2019. Just stopped in to Central Iowa Vapors again, as I had gotten the wrong coils. And they gladly exchanged them for the correct ones! Manager Dillon helped me this time and was knowledgeable and friendly and awesome to deal with. What a great little store! This review just went from four to five star :-) As a lifetime broadcaster and communications person, I also weigh heavy on that element when I go to a store. Not just product and prices, but communication as well. It's cool when a place like this, where they are professional AND have great products and prices and communication, also has personality types that "fit" the store and it's theme and mostly its customers. I sometimes order products online, but unless you've ordered products from the same place multiple times, you never sure what you're going to get. And you have to wait. So not only is it great to shop products physically/in person, most of all I love to patronize locally if at all possible first. As with any other product, prices are a bit cheaper online. At Central Iowa Vapors W'loo, the service and the store and the people and the communication are well worth paying a bit more for, to get what you want when you want it, from a human! , I stopped smoking cigarettes October 12th 2016 and started vaping. I was introduced to Central Iowa Vapors buy a friend of mine and I do choose to go to the store at times to get what I need but I also have the convenience of ordering from there store in Des Moines and my delivery is here in two days. They have really got their act together and know what they are talking about when you ask them questions about any of their products whether it be vaping oil or vaping Hardware. The people at the store in Waterloo are awesome and treat you like you are the only person there no matter how many are in the store. Keep up the excellent work CIV. I usually mix my own e-juice but ran out of mats and e-juice (stuck in mail). So, I thought I'd give this nice little shop a try. The store opened at 10AM but I unknowingly showed up around 9:30 and was pleased that the owner invited me right in!

What I seen was a lot of quality products; such as mods, tanks, drip tips, and a wide variety of e-juice from multiple brands to include the 'in-house' stuff. What amazed me was that the selection of mods/tanks/drip tips were very tasteful and new hot items.

I ended up buying some of the in-house brand e-juice in 'Watermelon Jolly Rancher', and this guy knows how to make some good juice! I wish there were more nic % choices, however.
