I already know craig will call this out as a “fake” review just as he did with all the other bad reviews. I just want to confirm a previous review about a sick dragon. The dragon was mine just to let you all know. Craig seemed way nice at first when I was feeding him money but then i started to realize the bad. It all started in December/ January when I bought my first ever bearded dragon, i only had him for a month before he passed. I went in to tell Craig he passed from parisites so meds wouldn’t work and he didn’t even seem upset, after my mom and i haggled him he reluctantly “gave” me another one. Well I took him to the vet right away, and he had high levels of coccidia (a parisite that can be deadly if not treated) and pin worm. Oh and i went back to Craig telling him this and he didn’t even care and hes like oh well they will be fine. (The vet said she would warn the owner as coccidia and pin worm are highly contagious.) But did he do anything? NOPE! I had A LOT of money in vet bills as it was several fecals being done and many unplanned appointments talking to the vet about treatment plans and what i could do in the mean time. Luckly after 6+ months he finally has a clean bill of health. So they may act like they care for the animals but when it all comes down to it they only care about profit. Please listen to this review and all the other ones that he comments “fake”...

I hate doing this to the only LFS within an hour of me, but, I don't think I'll be returning to this store. As a saltwater reef enthusiast, I was pretty disappointed in this store. Very small selection of fish. Mostly clownfish, all three times I've visited there was dead tank mates on saltwater side. Very expensive frags, simple softies that are normally 10-15 bucks are 35-50 here, and don't seem to be happy.

Every time I would go and try to ask questions, they told me the owner was their saltwater guy, but he never came out once to even talk to me. Just sent his less than expirenced staff over to relay his words. Nobody ever asked any info on my tank, if it was cycled, current stocking list, lighting ect.

And now to my last issue. My GF and her daughter saw a clownfish, we have to room and my male needed a partner so we got it. Never once had an issue in this tank, and 48 hours after I put their fish in, I have a massive Ich outbreak. I should probably give 1 star, but I can't completely write the store off over one section not...

I want to be clear how much I love this place. However, after recently losing my brother to suicide I went in and started bonding with a sweet baby Tortoise. 3 weeks I came and played with it and built a rapport. The 4th week I called to ensure it was there and available, and when they said it was I told them I'm on my way to purchase it. I arrived and it was slammed. I gathered the materials and food and stood in front of the tank pointing out my Tortoise and waiting for staff. I was trying to be polite and just allowed others to get their stuff and get going. The moment we got to the desk, they were selling the Tortoise to a lady that watched me point out what I was waiting to get. My advice to anyone who has put in the time building a relationship with one of these animals is don't be polite to the customers cuz they don't care about you at...
