Depot Square — Local services in Watertown

The inn is comfortable and cozy. I really enjoyed my stay. It was very peaceful and it is in such a convenient location. My two complaints are that there is NO ice machine, which forced me to buy ice every single day that I was there. There was no way to keep it frozen, so I had to watch it thaw, and then buy it again. The freezer in the common room was frozen over, and the ice cube trays were so small, and empty. To avoid having guests spend extra money on ice, I would suggest an ice machine be installed asap. The other issue I had was I asked for a late checkout of 12 noon, and it was granted. It didnt help though because the housekeeper was cleaning my room by 11:20am. Apparently the late checkout wasn't communicated to the housekeeper I tried to explain it to the housekeeper, but she ignored me. I would stay again, but only if ice machine...

Code to door not working. Had to call 2 different people to get it working. Unable to get tv or internet to work. Required another call to get them working but tv never did get corrected. The instructions provided are incorrect as a special internet code is needed but url provided not accurate. Room too hot and requested an adjustment but room never cooled down. Opened a window but no screen to keep bugs out. Not a pleasant...

Gayle's Depot Farm Stand is a favorite place to eat. I take my granddaughters to breakfast and lunch here and it is delicious. I get my nails done at Carmen Elizabeth's where I am treated like a friend. There is a gift shop on the first floor. They have a new name but the same merchandise: home-made soaps, candles, incense, semi precious stones, and much more. I love walking in for the aroma, but I always find...
