Fino Wood Fired Pizza & Bar — Restaurant in Watertown

We went to Fino’s bar last night and typically the service is excellent, cocktails are complex, delicious, and well balanced, and obviously the pizza is always an attraction. Bar seating is usually limited and worth the wait... but will lower my expectations for next time (maybe). I ordered a mezcal cocktail called the Vesuvius, and the at-first-friendly bar tender was welcoming. I enjoy watching the process and was less than thrilled with her approach. She cobbled it together, not measuring a thing (yes! you have to measure!), made two at once in the same shaker, and the black salt looked like it was throw on the rim by a child. Yes, high expectations were there… Its not cheap or a basic martini and in the past every cocktail was delivered with a smile, or a joke, or both. You guessed it, a gross cocktail. She ignored us for about 20 minutes when I gave a less than stellar impression, didn’t offer a replacement until i asked. I ordered a Shipyard pumpkin beer and then she left the trash-tini on the bar almost the entire evening. She. Is. Rude. Its a drink. Throw it away, focus and make another, its not a big deal until you disrespect the customers.

Otherwise, the manager and staff is and has always been attentive, smart, sweet, and caring to his patrons. We’ll come back because its an excellent...

I recently visited Fino and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the friendly staff and owner.

The ambiance of the place is something that really stands out - it's cozy, welcoming, and just perfect for a casual night out with friends or a romantic dinner with a loved one. The lighting, decor, and overall vibe of the place really add to the experience.

But the real star of the show is, of course, the pizza. I've tried many different pizza places in the area, but none of them can match the quality and taste of the pizzas at Fino. The crust is perfectly crispy, the sauce is flavorful, and the toppings are always fresh and delicious. I especially love their Mamo. So simple yet spot on.

What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff and owner. They are so incredibly nice and welcoming, and really go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. It's clear that they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the quality of the food and the service.

Overall, I would highly recommend Fino to anyone looking for a great pizza place with a wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff. It's truly one of my favorite spots...

I want to say thank you to Fino for making my daughter’s first birthday extra special. We are a pizza loving family and we knew we wanted pizza for the birthday party. This was our first time trying Fino’s and I want to say it DID NOT disappoint. From the first encounter on the phone I spoke with Eric who answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond with offering delivery and confirming our order. I wish I took photos of all the pies we bought as we tried 9/11 different pies and they were all delicious. My personal favorite was the shrimp scampi and the long hot sausage pizza. To top it off as a thank you they gifted us a Nutella pie and cannolis. Everything was delicious.
