This is our 3rd time coming here. Love madhouse and the poprocks. Unfortunately tonite's experience was not good. They had taken out tables by the stage for line dancing. We sat at one that was against wall with one stool. My husband is in a rollator walker. Places have always been very accommodating. Nobody handled crowd control. People saw me standing as a short person and him in the rollator walker. They had no courtesy regarding if either of us could see or not! They kept backing up, until I was against the table! After the break people stood in front of us and one female patron changed into a tee shirt flicking her hair in my face! She almost spilled her drink on me! I was trying to move by the stage, when they backed me up against the table! I couldn't move or breathe! Her male companion put his arm around her with his hand on stool that was at table. His arm was infront of me and I was pinned further into the table and couldn't move! I was not having a good time and was in pain. I saw one exit by the stage which I could not reach if there had been a fire! I saw only one other exit in which we had entered which I could not reach either due to it being overcrowded! Had there been a fire, we would have been dead! People were using our table as a community dump table for drinks and bottles! At 11:30pm we decided to leave! I had to use my rescue inhaler once we were outside! Poprocks were awesome! Will be hesitant to return to this place! It was very over crowded tonite and there is one bathroom with a single toilet for...
Read moreWent Friday night to watch the Zoo play. Brought me back 10 years to the old Red Door days. bar looked good and had a great time. Only complaint was the bar and getting a drink. I had to order 2-3 beers at a time otherwise the wait was extremely long. Heard alot of people that night complaining about that unfortunately. Maybe the staff just needs a bit more training because we were âpeople watchingâ and some of the bartenders just looked lost. One girl with glasses looked so out of place as if she didnt even know what she was doing and just stood in the corner all night and the other bartenders were kind of just telling her to move aside or grab beer bottles for them. One guy with a cowboy hat was serving drinks at one point but then stopped and kind of looked like a deer in head lights at one point. And another female bartender who was working the corner of the bar near the office seemed like she was the only experience bartender but it looked like she was only serving guys because my girlfriend was trying to get a drink from her for about 20 minutes and she looked right at her every time and went to someone else. Id highly recommend alittle bar training. Other than that...
Read moreThis bar is a friendly environment with a slow but comfortable tempo in the afternoon and thrilling and fun evening. At a bar you might expect barely decent bar food, but at Jameson you will get well crafted food. You can tell time, effort, and passion goes into every order. Restaurant grade food at a bar, how can you pass that up?? Iâve had over 9 different food items from the menu and none of them disappoint. The chef constantly works and tweaks new items into the menu after perfecting the craft. Definitely recommend. If Mustang Sally is in the kitchen you would be silly not to order some food, she puts love into all her creations and gives the customer her best she has to offer. All bartenders are kind and friendly and will adjust to whatever drink you ask for. Refills on demand and without hesitation. Great place to go for a drink and...
