Simply Bowls and Co — Restaurant in Watertown

My second visit with friends from work solidified a 5 star rating:

1. Breakfast sandwich anytime of the day, including a killer bacon, egg & cheese on a FRESH Ami’s bagel - WINNER
2. My salad with tomatoes that were fresh, ripe, flavorful; brown rice with zest; fresh arugula, and a chicken salad on top that was simply a show-stopper
3. Sorry, I can't agree with the other reviews here. I'm all about giving a place multiple chances and this place blew it on all 5. I can only assume that they are a "connected" family in town with lots of friends giving reviews. The service is absolutely terrible at every level. Almost as if you're imposing on them by just walking in the door. Not that this is ever acceptable, but if the food was on point I'd give them at least an extra star. Everything we've tried felt as if it was something a teenage girl would whip up in her kitchen after watching a TikTok video. Not well thought out, not well executed, and not well presented. I’ve been here numerous times and I have never been disappointed, I have never written a review in my life for a restaurant but this restaurant deserves to hear how happy they have made me every single time I’ve walked in. Not to mention the food is fresh and to die for, you are paying for quality fresh food. They put time and effort into the food. The owner is the kindest woman, the Cheff is so kind and the rest of the staff are so sweet.
