Echo Craft Kitchen — Restaurant in Watertown

I’m giving Echo a 5 star review on just the food alone since we bought take out.

What we ordered:

Popcorn Cauliflower 15 Tempura Batter, Sweet Thai Chili Sauce

Fig And Goat Cheese 17 Mozzarella Cheese, Fig Jam, Goat Cheese, Arugula, Shaved Parmesan Cheese & Balsamic Reduction

'Ideal' BLT Burger16 Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Bacon, Vermont Cheddar, Brioche Bun

(2X) Rigatoni Bolognese 23 Slow Cooked Beef & Pork Ragu, Parmesan, Herb Ricotta

I was expecting the cauliflower to be soggy and mushy. Nope it was delicious and firm. The thai sauce was flavorful and savory. The Fig pizza was on point. Love me some fig and goat cheese. Very well made. It’s a good taste when the pizza has a little crisp from the oven on it. It gives that authentic taste to it. The Rigatoni was amazing. I was craving some pasta last night and boy did it hit the spot. The ragu sauce was delicious and the pork and beef was a pleasant mix of meat. I love the ricotta on top which didn’t taste cheap or anything like that. I did not have the burger but my girlfriend’s mother said it was a great tasting burger for take out. The fries she described as not soggy and delicious. My girlfriend loved the fries as well. The food wasn’t soggy or wet from steam or moisture like other take out. (sometimes you can’t avoid stream). Echo definitely is recommended for take out. I did not go into the restaurant completely, just the from lobby but from just that area it’s definitely a great ambiance. I think the dining room area must be very nice. I’ll give another review when I dine in. 5 stars on...

I chose Echo Craft to meet at for a meeting and sat at the bar to wait. The place was nicely decorated and styled in rough wood and steel architecture. Jeanine the bartender was really friendly and when I wanted to order Tangueray and tonic, the bar did not have it. Instead she offered a house special called Spring Fever which featured a gin I had never tasted. I agreed to try it…it was spectacular! Jeanine had a great sense of humor and was so cool to chat with. I ordered french fries and my friend ordered dry rub wings. The wings were spicy and crunchy. The fries were scooped potatoes curves that were fluffy and hot served in a metal basket.

I liked the vibes of Echo Craft place so much that I went to dinner there the next night with a friend!! I saw Jeanine again and she was so glad to say hello again! I ordered another Spring Fever and my friend ordered a Pomegranate Lemon Drop to start. She thought it was scrumptious and I thoroughly enjoyed the Sapphire gin drink…again..such a cool color (see below). We both ordered burgers. I ordered BBQ Burger with frizzled onion rings and cheddar cheese on brioche bun which was scrumptious and cooked medium perfectly. She ordered and loved the Ideal burger with bacon on it…and mac n cheese. She said the mac was creamy, spicy and had a crunchy topping. Just perfect to take the rest home for lunch the next day. All in all, we were both very happy. Service was good and the food and drinks tasty!! Thanks...

I made a reservation with a manager to celebrate my 50th birthday with friends and family. I was told that I didn’t have to pay a deposit and that everything was all set. I was told that I would get the confirmation, but that was just a formality and that I did not have to pay for the reservation since we would basically be ordering off the menu and everyone would be paying For their own plate, just as if there were 40 people in a restaurant eating off of the menu at one time. At the time of my call. Then I got a phone call three days before My reservation telling me that I had to put down a $900 deposit. I am livid that I was lied to. They claimed they didn’t know who the manager was and the place is not that big for them not to know. I went there before, and I really loved the food and would have made this place a go to restaurant for many other events and get togethers. But because they ruined my birthday celebration and would not honor what I was originally told I will never go to this place again! I will make sure to tell my 40 Guests not to go there either! And I will make sure to write more reviews for the bad experience that I received.
