The customer service at Milked is just plain bad. I purchased a battery roughly a month ago. The button broke so I brought it in for an exchange. The person I spoke to said that they had a 7 day return policy and there was nothing they could do. There was another time when one of the pods in the pack I purchased wouldn't work. I was also told that there was nothing they could do to help. I was a regular customer but will be going somewhere else from now on. I haven't been to a business that refuses to stand behind anything they sell and lose...

I prefer going here over other shops. LOTS of variety, smoking accessories and snacks and drinks from around the world. I love the Fanta selection, can’t leave without one, or oreos. Their glass is definitely on the higher end quality wise but also there are budget friendly options. I also have bought the CBD products and I’ve found they really do work and that’s because the they make sure they’re selling a product that’s proven. I actually go out my way to go to the store. Milked is definitely worth the visit, I wish they had a store closer...

Now charging double price on Juul flavors. They wanted $31 for a 4 pack pf mango and claimed they are doing it because of the ban. Yet the ban doesn't go into effect until the first of the year.
