Staples — Local services in Watertown

Avoided the store for years...had no choice but to get envelopes and a folder...not greeted ..not asked if i needed assistance store set up had changed...no clue where i was going...no one at the register ...stood there by myself for 3 minutes 42 seconds..never acknowledge...register girl comes from somewhere..thought i was gonna get rung up...however told the gentlemen that just walked up to come around...so i still just stood there until i realised that my presence wasnt valued in this watertown store...so i left my stuff and walked out....told friends and family about my experience...there response was "oh that stuff happens alot there"...lol like i said earlier havent been there cause of this and hoped it...

I had to fax 13 pages for a job application which was time sensitive. I literally had 48 hours to get the offer back to them. My local library's fax was not working so I HAD to go to Staples and I didn't know anyone with a fax I could use. It ran me $29.03 to fax 13 pages!! WHAT!!! I think this is highway robbery and I would advise NOT TO GO TO STAPLES FOR FAXING!! I didn't want to put even one star but I had to to do this review!! I'm totally disgusted that they would take advantage of people just because they are the only ones around that do this!! I'll never go back to this store not even for a pencil!! And I'll be telling everyone I know not to go to ANY Staples for any business!! Totally...

HIGHLY recommend- Had the most helpful experience this past week! I traveled to my sister’s house from MA and realized I forgot my work laptop charger mid-day. Before I headed to the store, I called to make sure they had the charger I was looking for. I got there and grabbed the charger that I thought was right for my laptop. While I’m checking at the tech desk, the guy who I was on the phone with me had put aside 2 different versions for me already !!! It was the sweetest gesture. I wish I got his name because I really want to make sure he gets recognition. If of any help, I went in on Monday 1/22. Can’t thank this associate & store enough for helping me with...
