I had a surprise expierence at my local O'Reillys. My windshield wipers flew apart on my VW bug. I drove to the store... my 25 yr old grand son nor 56 yr old Uncle Koffy could get the old wipers off. Chris went in the store and asked if any one could help? A man named Branden or spelled Brandon that works for O'Reillys immediately came to our rescue. He got the old wipers off. Askd my grandson if he would need help putting on the new ones... and then came right out again to the car and helpd again. All with the most wonderful attitude...and truly helpful. Then when I offered a 10$ tip ...he refused it and said he was glad to help. This was so absolutely the opposite of our expierence when it was a Kragen run operation.
