I gotta say that always been partial to that place. they’ve been able to save my items for me in hard times and have loaned me money in hardest of times. The service I received from Charlie,the and guitar specialist is bar none the best one on one personal service I’ve ever received. As a guitar player I love picking his brain for the tech part of a good electric guitar. Its flaws and down to specialty tools for intonation. Actually horrible experience, when I got to the shop the guy did have everything ready but when we agreed on price before we said 160 + tax what I didn’t see was that when I went in person he put 170 + tax and put the receipt faced down so I didn’t see it and handed me the console at the same time so I wasn’t able to look at the receipt and see that he charged me 170 + tax when we agreed on 160+ tax. It’s really not about the money it’s the principle and the fact that we agreed...
