I just spent about 45 minutes with Wishbone Pet owner, Susanna, getting information about the kind of food that would be best suited for my 12 year old Bichon Frise, who is diabetic as well as very allergic. I have a number of dogs and have been buying dog food for 14 years from Costco, from my vet and from Petsmart. Never have I had such a comprehensive review of the various dog foods, both dry (grain and no-grain) and canned and dog "treats", as well as recommendations to add fiber to the diet (pumpkin has less sugar than sweet potatoes which is important in the diabetic diet). We are now looking forward to a much healthier Bichon Frise!

Wishbone also offers a flea/tick collar by Bayer that I had not heard about--it repels fleas rather than killing the flea after the bite. Holy smokes! that is what we need; it is the flea bite that causes so much irritation for the dogs. The prescription pills we were giving our dogs kill the flea after it bites, we want NO bites! And the collar works for 8 months before needing to be replaced.

I have to tell you, this is a quality operation. I am definitely going to continue using Wishbone Pet for my pet needs. ...

The Wishbone is THE best petstore there IS period! I cannot imagine now going to any other store to buy food for my Larry! Larry is a.1/2 DSH and 1/2 Japanese Bobtail male orange tabby I have had for 10 yrs now. He is a seriously well loved cat. I used to feed him Iams dry and Purina ONE wet thinking I was taking care of him, oh! and I used to give him Fancy Feast dry as a treat...Well that didn't go so well one day almost at the same time Wishbone opened. I went in, the amazing staff told me what I had to avoid in his diet and sent me home with samples of the amazing foods they sell there and Larry made a full 360° health wise! I won't go anywhere else and I tell everyone I know...

I have been shopping at the Freedom location for a while and the staff is always super friendly and very helpful, including ordering specific products they don't normally carry.

I recently ordered for home delivery and all I can say is WOW. There was something I had seen in store that wasn't on the website. I contacted them through the chat function on the website and they were able to list the item on the website right then so I could purchase it. ABOVE AND BEYOND. There is no fee for home delivery and they made the extra effort to call or text me when they were close.
