We used to eat there at least once a week. The service is never good, but it's close to our house. This evening the beans were extremely spicy making our 3 burritos inedible. I called to let them know and the girl said someone else had complained about their tostada being too spicy as well. She said they must have made it with a little too much red chilli flakes and won't use that batch of beans tomorrow and will make a new batch (gross to find they reheat their food the next day). So I asked for a credit for next time. She asked the "manager" and she said No. So I asked to speak with the manager and she said "good luck." The manager then told me No credit and no one had complained all day. I informed her the girl told me someone did complain about a tostada so we we weren't the only ones. She refused to ask the girl and called me a liar. I said if she would just ask the girl she would would find someone else did complain. She again refused and refused to give me her name. The food has gone downhill for sometime and this was it for us. I'll be making it known first thing tomorrow with the owner and will never eat there again. The food is consistently good (I have been going there for 6 years), freshly made, and flavorful, I have never been disappointed. The only thing I would change is that I would add black beans as an option when it comes to...

She says yea didn't you order 2 burrito I was like no 2 tortas than she was like ham right when I order the pastor. I just ask for my money back. I decided to give them another try and went in for a simple bean and cheese burrito. They took my order and put the order in the back i waited 30 minutes for a bean burrito and I was the only guest there. Horrible service...
