I've had multiple bad experiences here... seriously the most incompetent Starbucks I've ever been to (and I've been to a lot). Most recently, I walked in and ordered a breakfast sandwich on my way to work. I went outside for 10 minutes and waited, then walked back in and waited for 5 more minutes as people picked up their mobile orders. I was watching and nobody was near the oven where they heat the food. I asked the lady when my food was going to be ready (I was on the cusp of being late for work at this point). She rudely retorted it would ready when they called my name. I asked if it was in the oven and she lied that it was. I then saw another barista go and ask the kid in charge of food orders if it was, it was clear he had forgotten about it and hastily threw one in the oven. At this point I just asked for my money back. She didn't apologize or even appear to want to refund me. In the past they've gotten my order wrong, and even tried to charge me when I asked for more cream (now that you can't add your own due to covid)... seriously the worst...
Read moreI visit Watsonville once a month to visit family, I didn't live in the vicinity. And I make an effort to visit this local Starbucks each time with family. I'm appalled at the conditions of this Starbucks at this location, the subject is the individual bathrooms. On one occasion, the womens room, the floor appeared to have lacked a sweep and a mop in a very long time, some sort of dry clumps of something on the floor( I can't imagine). Another time, I had to use the men's room when the women's room lack toilet paper, it was marked with graffiti on the ceiling and the mirror. There where piles of trash and papers left on the floor. And what really topped it off, and certaily thought it was time to complain and after you spend Money on Starbucks products, I had to stand back in line for the register and request a roll of toilet paper for my family member to use. I prepay so with that there was a line at the door, a lady that worked at Starbuck's kept coming out of telling everyone that they were overwhelmed with orders of ten drinks per call in and we'll be in line for 15 20 min. My Starbucks apps said 3 too 6 min. But it was 20 my past order time the worst of it is they got my order wrong or didn't follow the drinks add on directions on what not too add etc. My order was for a dragon drink without the allogens. The trinta looked as if they started mixing it added the ingredients "with an op's" finished it with whatever it took to make it seem that it was just a regular dragon drink, with allergens that would make me ill. I pured it out, nonetheless I was charged for the price for a trinta size dragon drink and pre addon Addison's saved on Starbuck's app. What...
