When I took my son’s blizzard back in after finding a large chunk of the completely wrong ingredient in his ice cream, I asked if they could make a new blizzard. I also asked if they rinsed the blade to clean off other ingredients before then making a new blizzard the guy was clearly thinking it was absurd to ask for a new blizzard after I found the wrong ingredient and was quite verbal about it. so any and everything is just mixing together apparently. Atleast they did make a new one and I asked them to rinse the blades quick before making it - I then took it to my son and AGAIN it had cheesecake in his blizzard
When I went in again to just ask for money back- the as guy that was rude the first time then announced to his co-workers “oh wow she’s back!” And proceeded to say other things. When I spoke with the manager about this he ignored my mention of the employees behavior - and gave me my money back- so I blatantly asked if he would be addressing that with his employee - to which he said “yeah I can”
Completely disrespectful and horrible customer service and GROSS that they wouldn’t rinse between different flavors of blizzards. Quite sure the dept of health requires a little more effort.
Will NOT be returning. But wanted others to be aware of how much lack of quality product and service...
Read moreThey sell food there and the drive through is constantly backed up by several cars and the wait time sometimes can be as long as 15 to 20 minutes because they don't have the people that ordered food drive up to a pick up place so we all have to wait for their food to be done. It's crazy, they put up some sings for pull ups for food recently but do not use them. I went to another DQ a couple of weeks ago that don't serve food and it was so nice to not set there for 15 to 20 minutes to get an ice cream cone.
Update: In the last 3 weeks they have been putting almost no candy in their Blizzatds. I have been going to this Dairy Queen for 3 years and as long as you went after 5 you got what you paid for. I get the peanut butter cup blizzard and now no chunks at all it looks like there is pepper sprinkled in it and it's been like that every time I have gone there lately no matter what time of day. I have decided I can make 5 blizzards at home for what I pay there, $6:41 for basically a cup of plain icecream. I work hard for my money so I will not be retur I d to...
Read moreWe came through the drive-thru at 9:42pm today. Just for a simple order of a small and medium blizzard. Simple enough.. you would think. What we got was 2 mini blizzards and both pretty much melted as if we were given mess up blizzards from earlier in the night. I called on my way home just to have the price adjustment refunded to my card. On the first call the phone was picked up and immediately hung up, same on the second this was at 9:52 so the store was still open. On the 3rd call it just rang untill the remote access code menu came on. The man in the drive thru was rude as well and we saw no gloves or masks. I will be complaining to cooperate, I'm not one to complain about a mistake however 4 to 6 of them just shows how little they care about providing any kind of service. Sad deal. These blizzards were not only not flipped over but there isn't any way possible they could have been
