Fresh Mediterranean Express

I like the food here and order frequently. However their customer service (with the exception of the owner) is awful. And honestly, it’s pretty pricey for what you get. Ted’s is better for the $ and the service. I ordered online tonight and they claimed they didn’t have my order. (For my $16 salad) I explained and showed them my Apple pay receipt. It didn’t show an order number. They know me. I go there often. They asked me if it could be under a different name and I said maybe my sons and I gave them that name. They said I was going to need to pay for it again because they couldn’t find it and if the order came across then I could ask for a refund. When I complained about this they asked me again what my order was and I read the order to them in detail. Xtra cucumbers, no tomatoes etc. They suddenly Found it but there was never an apology. It was under my sons name. I totally understand things like that happen but the Lack of customer service and rude attitude was completely unacceptable. I’d give them one if I didn’t like the food.
