The health and beauty section and ulta is set up really weird, it is actually hard to shop. Ulta has a little of this and that in multiple and random places and i only found a handful of perfumes. There were not many bargains which was disappointing. The mini bar of products didn't have prices on over half the products and there were no descriptors like hair, skin care, ect. Unless you are familiar with all the brands good luck deciphering what's what. For the clothing side I could not find plain black pants appropriate for work, i finally settled for a pair that had a zipper on the side , got home and found that they ran small , or maybe my other brands vanity size, anywho i exchanged them. I couldn't find my receipt but used my id to exchange for a bigger size, they fit but the zipper would drag and catch but ultimately zipped but after 1 wear the side zipper was stuck and when unstuck it didn't zip any more. I found the original receipt and went to exchange them only to be told since the size was different they couldn't return them. I didnt take the receipt when i got the right size because i really didnt forsee a faulty product. I thought the zipper issue was due to the size issue and that was my mistake. I thought they would offer a merch card with my id again but they didnt so I'm stuck with $40 dollar pants i wore one time. I wont be buying the brand Any Day Now anymore, the clothes look great but they just don't hold up over time. Read moreThis is the second time that I've visited this location, both times (one of which was before the holiday season) I had poor experiences. The first time they were sold out of each household item and grocery item I came in for. The second time they were out of all the items I came in for, not only that but I purchased one case of beer but was charged for two. Unfortunately I didn't notice the mistake until I was home which is approximately 30 minutes away. I called the number on the receipt to find out it was only the direct number to the pharmacy with no way to reach a representative. Then I searched and found the correct number. First time I called, the phone rang for about 5 minutes with no answer, I called back and after the phone rang for a few minutes I was hung up on (didn't even have a chance to say hello), the third time I reached a representative. They indicated "this hasn't previously happened" and that there's nothing they could do over the phone. Said they were busy and would take down my information and get back to me once their Asset Recovery employee had a chance to review the tapes "in a few days". I asked how long I should wait to hear back and they couldn't give me a timeline. Then they had me speak with the Team Lead Monica who was not friendly or helpful, she pretty much let me think I was in the wrong and did nothing to help me. Who knows if I'll ever hear back but I wouldn't recommend shopping there or if you do double check your receipts before you leave the store because they won't help you...
Read moreI couldn't wait to visit this new Target. I travel to Iowa and stay a week or two at a time. I literally watched this Target being built. I finally got back to Iowa, and I did a pick-up order and went inside to see what it was like. It was so big and clean. Everything was well stocked, and everything was in such a perfect order. I can say it was very asthecically pleasing. I spent some time just browsing, and of course, I found some things that needed to come home with me. I was especially excited about finding a Valentine Pokémon against the back wall. But, he could not come home with me. I was confused and a bit upset. It wouldn't scan, it had a UPC code, it just didn't work. It was double checked and another lady said they couldn't sell it to me. I said why, it was on the shelf. She said something about "third-party". I told her there was a full box of them, some with roses, some with hearts. I even took a picture of the box because I was sending it to my son to see if he wanted it. That was so disappointing. Pick-up was fast...
