I have been working with Bryce and Vince for a few years now. I went in the other day with questions and as always Bryce was knowledgable and honest, always with the intent to do what serves me best and save me money. I came in not long after he started and he should be recognized for continuing to do an outstanding job. The same can be said of Vince. I came in after I lost my phone and he went out of his way to help me find it. He tracked it from the store and I called him from the location where it was pin pointed and he stayed with me on the phone while I tried to find it. I had dropped it in a parking lot and it was underneath a car. It was at night, raining, and this gentleman drove out there to make sure I found it. I went in to find out why my phone memory was getting taken up so fast despite not utilizing a great amount of storage for pictures or videos and deleting many old ones. It turned out to be an social media app taking up the storage, and Nicholas helped me go into a finer detail settings of the phone's memory/data section to track down the app that was utilizing the memory. We found out through some searching online how to clear the cache on the app which solved the issue.
