This used to be one of my grandparents favorite places to eat. Their breakfast items are fine, as those are truly hard to mess up, but my mom and I went here for the first time since losing my grandparents last year and the food and service was poor. I have gotten the chicken Alfredo in the past and it is usually good. Today’s batch tasted like a lean cuisine. The chicken was fine but that’s about it. Even the garlic toast was bad somehow. The waitress never checked how our food was but came to ask if we wanted a box. When I said no but had a full plate of pasta left, she of course asked what was wrong and passed it along, however when it was mentioned to the person at the register they just said sorry and acted like they didn’t care (even though they asked how everything was) and didn’t even offer a comp or to discount the meal even though I only ate the chicken out of the pasta and a bite or two of the toast. Would have gladly paid the $4 for the soup and dessert I ate that came with the meal however absolutely absurd to ask how everything was and really not care when feedback is given. Sadly, we will not be back here. My grandpa would be sad to know his breakfast spot on Wednesday with his buddies for years has really...

Called in to order carry out. Gyro Deluxe, comes with french fries. Was asked what kind of soup I wanted, like it came with my gyro. Online menu didn't say anything about soup, but I figured what the hey? Clam Chowder. I work less than a mile away and when I walked in to pay, my order was ready. I thought, "wow, this is great!" To my surprise I was charged for the soup. Ok, no big deal. When I got back to work to eat my delicious clam chowder and gyro sandwich, I discovered I was given "chicken noodle" soup... The soup was basically salty chicken water with orzo pasta. No chicken to be had, or any vegetables. I wonder how the chowder would have been...? The gyro and fries were no exception in this experience. Opening the Styrofoam container yielded a clump of dry gyro meat on top of a dry, broken pita, some giant onion slices, and two tomato slices. All that underneath a pile of gloriously wilted, and obviously not fresh french fries. The only way to choke any of this down was to generously slather the cucumber sauce over everything. To be honest, the best part of this meal was taking one bite of the pickle spear and throwing the rest away. Should have trusted my gut and went to Gyro...

I have been coming to this restaurant for years. I walked in to sit down and have dinner and do a Skype visit with my son while he was in Minnesota. I was looking for an outlet to plug my phone in when an older gentleman grabbed me very roughly by the arm and started dragging me to the front of the restaurant ( as i was speaking to my 1 1/5 year old who began to CRY BECAUSE HE WAS SO AFRAID) I feel like I was treated very rudely because I'm a woman and a both full of what seemed like his friends or family laughing about my distress, My friend saw him grab me from outside the window since he was still by our car and when he tried to calmly confront this older man the guy started yelling at us both and again he grabbed my arm, long story short if you have wife's, sisters, daughters or any kind of woman in your family who speaks up for them selves DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT, I have never been treated so rudly in my life, like since I was not olny a woman but not from his country I was LESS OF A PERSON, AND HE COULDN'T EVEN LOWER HIMSELF TO SAY SORRY for his...

Diner food and experience at its best! We both had the sausage and biscuit breakfast ($9.95) which comes with 2 eggs (any style), hash browns, an open face biscuit with tasty sausage gravy plus your choice of bacon or sausage. I chose scrambled and bacon. The bacon is thick and perfectly cooked. Eggs were perfect, too (my partner had sunny side up which are sometimes not great at a restaurant). The hash browns are the shredded variety and were fine but not overly crispy or browned. The biscuit was fresh and delicious. The gravy was good and had plenty of sausage crumbles in it. The food was prepared quickly and served with attention to detail. It wasn’t busy because it was mid morning (around 10am) when we were there but it seemed like the kitchen and wait staff knew their jobs and did them well and could handle a rush. The website says the place is open from 6 am until 3 pm. Not sure if that is due to Covid or their regular schedule.

First time visit. Pros: seated immediately. Chicken dumping soup was delicious, but a little too salty. Food came fast and hot. Seems to be a popular place for seniors and elderly Cons: bathroom floor sticky and probably hasn't been cleaned in awhile. Booth tables were very worn, could use an update. Food: turkey club, and croissant sandwich that was served with fries and a wedge of cantaloupe. We both enjoyed but croissant bottom was soggy, hard to hold. The club pieces didn't stay together without toothpick, slippery as well. Would we come back if in the area again? Maybe Update: we stopped in today to give them another try since we were in the neighborhood. I had the bacon cheeseburger for $12 and hubby had blt. Burger was good and BLT had plenty of bacon on it. The star of the show was our server. I should have asked her name as she provided excellent service. Very nice too. I tipped her 40%.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant though we’d driven past it many times. The morning after Christmas was definitely packed but oddly we didn’t wait more than 15 minutes to be seated! It was obvious the staff were trying to keep up with the influx of people but we understood that it was just due to the day after a holiday, everyone wants breakfast, etc. they did great given the circumstances. I got the Mediterranean skillet which was delicious and it came with the sauce for the gyro meat. I thought it was pretty good. My husband got the meat lovers skillet…he’s kind of picky so this wasn’t his favorite version of that skillet. But he still ate it and said if we came back he’d just try something else bc they have lots of breakfast options that look good. Overall I thought this was a good family restaurant. It was clean, staff was friendly and attentive, and I really liked my food.
