I went to this location this afternoon to pick up a book that was sent to me via UPS. I was greeted by two younger associates who were very friendly and welcoming; then there was an older man, I am guessing the owner of the store or perhaps manager. This person was incredibly unfriendly and unwelcoming. Not only did he fail to greet me or speak to me in a respectful manner, he and one of the associates were having issues scanning the package to confirm pickup. They tried a few times but still had trouble with it, at that point the older man stated "we'll just send the package back." Not only was the process frustrating but the lack of communication in addition to the snippy remarks from this individual were immense contributors to the negative experience I had. Ultimately they were able to scan or find the information they needed to release the package to me. Overall, I would not recommend this store to anyone. I am not sure if this man had "diversity issues" but in a consumer driven industry, there's really no excuse to treat any customer differently or with less respect. I think we all need to remember at the end of the day, we're all human beings, regardless of what our ethnicity may be...really sad to see such disrespect from another minority group. Great food, horrible delivery service, they use Door Dash.

I received a delivery, 35 dollar meal. Tipped the driver 20%. My meals looked like they were in a car accident.

Called the restaurant, they said they weren't responsible for delivery. I told them they are very much responsible and asked to speak to a manager, no manager available on a Friday night at 7 pm.lol. I left my name and number and asked for a follow up from the manager who is Pano...no reply, no call, apparently not his problem, he got my money, doesn't care.

I will not do business with a place that doesn't care about the customer's...

Found this place in a busy day, taco tuesday make this place a crowded spot, since I was working I couldn’t take the time to have a taco, I was able to come back another time and the tacos were very good, I ask for one each and it was a pleasant surprise, the salsas have their own personality and went very well with my food, usually I go only with green salsa in a new place just for past experiences but the red one with its smoked flavor it’s a very good accent to any taco, definitely will try more items from the menu, please don’t forget to add horchata to...
