You "always dread" having to call for IT assistance, because let's face it.... Computer folks sometimes get a bad rap! Remote assistance always takes longer, for the simple fact that they first have to figure out how YOU have your system set up or personalized and then find out how YOU encounter an issue/error, I'm sure it's just as frustrating for a well educated computer guy to deal with us PC Users ! You usually have to spend countless minutes with dead silence on the other end of the phone while they do their thing, HOWEVER Craig & everyone I've dealt with at RMM knows how to keep us engaged while fixing the issue, carry on a polite conversation, yet are aware and sensitive to our need to pause to help out any in-person issues here in the office.
