I went in to buy a $900 tool box. I got the credit card to take advantage of the extra 10% off. Their system wouldn't give me the 10% off as advertised all over the store. I was told it was a card company issue and i needed to call them. I called the credit company and they said it was a store problem. The supervisor at the check out called their help center and couldn't get it fixed either. The store Manager was absolutely no help to anyone. I asked if he could just take the 10% off that i was entitled to and he said he'd lose his job doing that 🙄 After being there over an hour I gave up and left.
