The gentleman behind the counter couldn't have been any better I read the reviews before one woman did nothing but run down the place with one rating star she must have been very incompetent or had a bad hair day cuz this guy could have been better to me very polite asked me if I wanted to give an extra dollar and he told me what it was for I even give him extra money to cover for the woman that bad mouth themhe said you didn't need to do that isis well someone's got to step up to the plate if other people are going to run you down. I went to OfficeMax and they could not take care of me because she told me there's the fax do it yourself this gentleman said I'll do it all for you they took the time took care of it all very happy very pleased.if I would have read that reviews I probably wouldn't have went there but this woman and mayed me go check it out food for thought read the bad reviews they're not as bad as people claim. My mother lives in a nearby town and has shipped multiple things to me in Texas from OH Ship and they’ve ALWAYS arrived in great shape! I Used OH Ship a couple weeeks ago to ship some antique glass items back to Texas. Dewey was amazing! He asked if I was on a tight timeline to ship items to Texas, then said I could wait for him to pack items or he could call me with a price and gave me a rough estimate of the cost to pack items. The estimate was extremely fair and less expensive than I thought it would be.

He called me later in the day with the total cost and I paid over the phone. He was so one of the nicest people I’ve met and ALL my antique ceramic and glassware Christmas items arrived in perfect condition and very well packed. I have been there 5xs. each time was a different experience yesterday was an absolute horrible experience he was overwhelmed with packages I walked in and he says I hope you're organized and have everything I suppose I have to print you a label too I'm busy..!
