They incorrectly put in my payment schedule. I had upon purchasing yet again from them monthly payments. Like most of my bills. Everday harassing phone calls. Non stop...NOT EVEN CLOSE TO MY PAYMENT DATE. I told Dani this more then once. SHE REFUSED TO CORRECT. I work couldn't be there BY 7 pm when they are closed to go in there. She blatenly refused to correct the issue. I got late fees ect. My husband and I have spent thousands of dollars in this paticular store.

Dani. Was very nice upon purchase AFTER THAT A NIGHTMEAR, but just last week WAS THE KICKER...SHE showed up to my home with an attitude "because I guess....me being a loyal and CONSISTANT customer of this store I'm a headache". Because I refused to continue paying unless it was on the pay date I HAD ORIGINALLY SET WHILE PURCHASING. She was extremely mad about this, And that I pay online instead of coming into the store to make my payment. FOR SOME REASON AFTER SHOWING UP TO MY HOME WHICH THEN ANGERED ME GREATLY....LIKE I DONT PAY MY BILLS...WHICH IS FALSE. BUT THAT SHE ALL THE SUDDEN COULD FIX THE ISSUE THAT DAY BUT COULDNT MONTHS AGO.

MAKE SURE IF YOU SHOP THERE TO PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT SHE PUTS IN TO YOUR PAYMENT SECTION. CLEARLY SHE DOES WHAT SHE WANTS WHEN SHE WANTS. MAKES ME MISS ALICIA. SHE WAS AWESOME. AND SO WERE THE OTHERS. I HAVE NO ISSUES WORH THE OTHERS WORKING THERE JUST DANI. I ASKEDBFOR HER BOSSES NUMBER BEFORE SHE LEFT WHILE CALLING ME A HEADACHE..FOR EXPECTING PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR FROM HER. NEEDLESS TO SAY I DIDNT GET IT. SO ILL BE DOING MY OWN RESEARCH TO LOCATE AND FIND BOSS AND DEAL WITH THAT...

I use to love this buying thing from here but with the new management. She is very rude and don’t let people talk she rude and not understanding. I changed job and ask to get it changed to the week I get paid and she was like there nothing wrong with the payment schedule. I again had to explain to her why it was not right. If I could give half a star I would... I honestly hate this place.. I have had a TV through them and it's been almost 2 years guess what's not paid off.. o and don't forget you offer to make a payment but have to do half your payment they won't work with you.. I can say this is my last time going...
