Loved the shop, selection was phenomenal, and staff was highly knowledgeable. Didn't care too much about walking into a flurry of profanities from a customer being helped, on the phone, talking (and cursing) very loudly. Then the guy in front of me being helped takes his sweet time unboxing his new vape, putting it together, filling it, etc while still at the counter. (He was a usual, not a newbie that needed help. He did it while chatting it up with the guy behind the counter) He also had to call multiple times to figure out what his friend wanted. I came here for a coil, knew what I wanted, and could have easily been back out the door within 5 minutes. I spent a total of 3 minutes being helped, and half of that was paying with debit. Oh, and I didn't even get spoken to until someone walked in, and they asked her to help me, though the guy in front me was obviously done, just not done talking. Loved the shop and staff, won't come back due to other customers. But I would recommend this shop...

I donāt review places often, but as a seven year customer it caught me off guard when I walked through the door last week, only to be told the price I had been paying for my flavorless juice wouldnāt be honored. And not only that, but the sales clerkās attitude left a lot to be desired. Even after someone told him that the price I had been paying was legitimate, he still refused. And his half hearted offer to ācall the ownerā was hollow at best. Iāve never asked for special treatment at the store, but to be a customer that long, and then be treated that way, doesnāt sit...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.....I went in and bought a coil. This place is very convenient to where I work. It was a DUD coil. I took it back to get it replaced and he made me PAY FOR THE REPLACEMENT and told me it was the threads in my tank.... UUMMMM, NO................. three coils, since THAT one have worked perfectly. Be careful.... maybe have them change your coil, then maybe if you get a DUD, they will replace it for free.... but, it didn't work for me.... SORRY, I wouldn't even give a WHOLE star, but didn't have the choice. This has NEVER happened to me at any other vape shop.... ever.... no matter what the problem was, they were always happy to replace or fix at no charge.... OH and with a SMILE on their face....
