So pissed, I’ve done refills on candles multiples times I have literally 6 candles and have refilled them a lot. They changed vendors but I was told the pricing would still be the same. It is not. The perk of the refill system is the price is half of the candle. With the new system apparently the price is 30% more than half. The $52 candle costs $34 to refill not to mention the new vendors “clean out” fee of $5 per candle. So why would I go back when I’m essentially just buying a new candle again? Absurd. They didn’t say the prices had increased by that much until my candles had already been filled so I had to pay the new ridiculous pricing. Unfortunately won’t be returning if this is how business is conducted. Not even to mention multiple times that I have gone in and not been greeted or just blatantly ignored.
