I went to the store and they had to order two pairs of Jeans for me. When the jeans arrived, they were not the same as the ones we had discussed. Also, the tags were falling off. I went to return them, but the store wouldnāt take the return because the jeans didnāt have tags. They said no exceptions. Told me to call customer service. I called them, and instead of doing the right thing, they created a ticket.
Finally got a response, and they said I canāt return the jeans because there are no tags- even though they were shipped with tags falling off. Iāve never worn them, and now Iām stuck with jeans I canāt wear.
Iāve been a customer for decades, and your service used to be great. What changed? First rule of business is the customer is always right. Iāll be taking my business elsewhere...
