This is by far the worst Marriott i have ever stayed at. The women at the desk are rude and have no idea what customer service is. The maids steal your belongings, and they don’t honor your check out. The first time i stayed here the fire alarm in my room went off from 1am to 2 am. Nobody would answer the phone when i called to find out why was it going off. I went down to the desk they apologized i got back to the room 30 minutes later it goes off again. By the time the morning came i was exhausted and late for my meetings because my sleep was disrupted. Not to mention the previous guest dirty rag in the shower hanging on the glass when i checked in. I complained and they got mad at me. Strike one. On the second occasion at this hotel the maids took a pair of 90 dollar pants and 45 dollar shirt from my room when they thought i was checked out. They knock on you’re door from 9 am even with the do not disturb on the door. When i called to tell them about it they said they would call me back. Never called. I checked in on another occasion and when i asked them about my belongings from the previous stay they said they do not know what happened to them. Then one hour later they called me on the phone and said that they could not honor my late check out as a titanium member after it was already given to me. I guess to punish me for asking for my belongings. They are thieves and they are not representing this brand in the proper way. They have no respect for their guest and their belongings, they cut corners cleaning the rooms and don’t want to do their actual jobs. Never stay here unless you want people to steal your clothing. And on the last two times i checked in i was asked both times if i was doing a food delivery when i walked in. They are terrible. ...
Read moreOverall I think this hotel COULD be nice, but our stay was bad. The beds are incredibly hard and uncomfortable (I’m a big girl and the mattress didn’t even sink for me lol), the room was 86° at check in and reeked of urine. The walls are SO thin you can hear peoples conversations from the other side. The shower had literally just half of a glass wall and when anyone used it, it ran out all over the bathroom floor! Because of the door situation lots of cold air came in the shower and it wasn’t enjoyable and last thing regarding that- there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom! No covering your tracks at this place! Made me wonder what kind of mold we’re all probably inhaling too. Breakfast was also a let down due to lack of variety and cost. I noticed many large spider webs on the lighting, so it made me question how clean the rooms actually were, which is never a good thought while at a hotel. The icing on the cake was the pool being closed! My kids wanted nothing more in the world than to swim and due to whatever reason, it was promptly shut down the afternoon we went to use it. Last but certainly not least- the staff! They were the only part of our stay that was good! The woman at check in was very friendly and later when I called the front desk for an extra blanket a gentleman told me they have one, but he wouldn’t bring it to our room as they don’t have room service, until halfway through the conversation he just said never mind I’m bringing it to you anyway- what a nice surprise! I greatly appreciated that small gesture. Overall I would not stay here again but it’s better than a motel…pick...

Our recent stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel had overbooked, resulting in us being placed in a smaller room with a queen bed instead of the king bed we had reserved. The staff mentioned that the website does not provide information on room availability, leaving guests in the dark about potential overbooking issues. The second night was even more problematic. Our neighbors were engaged in disruptive and noisy activities until 4:45 am. Despite calling the main office three times, it took a considerable effort to get them to quiet down. While the staff did offer to switch our rooms that night, the timing was inconvenient as we had an early flight in just two hours. Packing and moving at that point seemed more hassle than it was worth. During check-out, we were promised that a manager would contact us to discuss a possible credit for the inconveniences we faced. Unfortunately, no manager reached out, prompting us to follow up the next day with a phone call. Once again, we were assured that a manager would contact us, but to date, we have received no such communication. The combination of overbooking, noise disturbances, and the lack of follow-up from the management has left us thoroughly disappointed with our stay. We expected better service and communication, especially considering the challenges we encountered. As a result, we feel compelled to share our experience through this review in the hope that it prompts the necessary...
