Ladiessss!!!! PLEASE Be Careful going to this location alone. Observe very closely & Keep your children &loved ones closest to you! It’s a great place for your children and family to enjoy; staff are welcoming, friendly and very helpful. However, I spoke with one of the managers there yesterday briefly via phone! In regards to a Safety guideline which Needs to be brought to ATTENTION at its Highest level. It is imperative that safety precautions should be put on the front burner.. maintained &prioritizing Safety First.
As appose to some suspicious activity I observed on March 1, that evening! There shall be entry for those jumpers who have completed the waiver. An a maximum of 2 adults per child allowed to enter as a parent/guardian strictly enforced. As I was sitting down watching my daughter from the far left side of the back line row of massage chairs. Altogether, approaching the trampoline platform. I noticed a group of people with Only 2 little children! There were 4 young guys, 2 young girls 1 male in late 30’s and with them 2 children. kid about age 3; and little girl about 10 years old. Roaming the trampoline area standing around wearing cotton material hats and hoods pulled closely to the face. While keeping face mask closely near the eyelids. When, suddenly the energy and volume had become very awkward and things began to look suspicious. After observing the the place closely and being aware of my surroundings. I noticed I was being plotted on and their intention was robbery. 3 of the young dudes stood 12ft 1 staring directly at me! AND the 2 others had their backs facing me. I peeped it at first sight. Continue to remain calm, but notified and contacted the police. Awaiting for the police to arrive. As rockin jump had announced that they were Closed. I approached the front desk that I noticed some suspicious activity tonight! My daughter, tells me she hears noises coming from the stairwell. While, One of the ladies said, yeaaaaa, it WAS.. but the weird part about it I was passing by walking the floor and noticed you were being filmed by one of the girls that come with that group. In the midst, Police had then arrived as I was speaking and realized one of the young guys standing &listening to me. Officer escorted me out the double doors, passing by the dude in the doorway. We took the elevator down out the building AND waiting at the bottom of the stairs THAT same young guy; whom beat the elevator down. Officer escorted me to my car & down the highway. safely. I don’t believe this place is being monitored and recorded. The entrance/exit of this location both hallways and stairwell are very secluded. PLEASE be careful and Don’t go alone! This situation could of been Worse! ...And could possibly...
Read moreMy review would actually reflect 3.5 stars if I could but because the staff is extremely respectful and professional I decided to round up not down.
This place is a smaller version of skyZone however their obstical course has a highest requirement of 54 inches which excludes all 3 of my children which left them extremely disappointed. This place is small and that obstical course is pretty much one of the best stations in this place. Now the price of water and other drinks are extremely overpriced I understand they have to make a profit however their actually more expensive then Disney worlds drink prices.
The good part about this place is the staff from the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff was top notch! Their attentive to safety they watch for the younger children’s safety and they all work with a smile it’s a very warm and welcoming place! The facility is extremely clean right down to the bathroom!!!
The price of admission is much more reasonable then skyZone which makes this place much more appealing! The price for time is very reasonable that being said we will will not be returning to this place until our kids reach that 54 inches mark as per skyZone has NO size limit for their course and the kids love it. We look at is as we want to get the most out of our admission price!
The best part about this location is there is no extra charge for the wall climbing which my kids loved and got to do over and over again.
This place is an easy 5 stars if they would meet half way on the courses height requirement and made an adjustment to their beverage prices. As I did speak with a staff memeber who educated me that children have been injured in the course and that’s why it was raised to 54 inches. While I understand that kids will be kids and will occasionally get hurt. I don’t see them changing the prices but over $2 for a 25 cent bottle of water is insane lol people on the side of the road sell them for $1 and they need the money lol.
All in all this is an amazing place and it’s worth the visit for anyone and any family. Thank you to the staff for being as amazing as they are because most are very young and people their age typically don’t take their job so seriously but these young adults do and it shows in how management runs this place. Other places could take notes...
Read moreI’ve been here twice this year in January (when it was called Defy Wayne) and this Month in May to give this location another chance thinking things would be different this time. Nothing changed at this location but the name. The pictures other people posted about the place being dirty is accurate. This is also a smaller location compared to the other sky zones and jumping places I’ve been too. In the jumping area there are barely any employees supervising the children and if you do see them they are in groups talking to each other, on the phone, or don’t even care what’s happening in front of them. Of course parents should watch their children as well but when a parent comes with more than one child it makes it really difficult to do so… having extra eyes on the children is extremely important and helpful, as children can misbehave and possibly fight. Both times I’ve been here I’ve seen employees just walk past certain things and don’t do anything about it. What is the purpose of the employees on the floor? (that’s if you can find them). I wish I can collect a paycheck for doing nothing. Management do not care. I’ve seen reviews with my same concerns. If management cared changes would be made. Other jumping locations (not just other locations of sky zones)…. They care about the safety of the children, the employees are watching them. The employees are out there blowing whistles when needed and let the children know what ever they’re doing is not allowed. This location does none of that. It’s really disappointing. Don’t even bother trying to order food because most likely they out of it early in the day at that. My main concern is SUPERVISION. This location does not and will...
