Chiara is absolutely AMAZING!!!! I came to Fae and Phantom to do a pretty crazy transformation for me. I had shoulder length hair and decided I wanted to do a super short pixie cut!! I was really nervous(and excited) about this new chapter in my life , Chiara made me feel so welcome and worry free. I’m so grateful!!! She scissor cut my whole head section by section and explained each step so I was a part of it. I felt so comfortable and understood, she knew exactly what I wanted!!! Before meeting Chiara I used to dread getting my haircut and felt uncomfortable in salon spaces. Chiara and her approach has completely changed this for me. From start to finish the process is a creative collaboration. I bring in a picture or idea and then we discuss it together and how it might work for my length, texture, or lifestyle. I am always excited by Chiara’s ideas and what she brings with her own style. Her suggestions have led me to try styles that I have loved. FINALLY!!! If I could, I’d certainly give Chiara more than 5 stars. She actually “LISTENS” to her customers. I don’t usually know how I feel about a cut until I actually blow it out and style it myself. All I can say is BRAVO!!! Chiara takes the time to find out exactly what you’re looking for and she actually has a dialogue with you.
