Mommies beware!! There are dozens of other baby stores to choose from, stay far away from this store and the rude, narcissistic, and inappropriate owner, Doreen. Here is how my experience went: I ordered an entire nursery set, over $3,000, in March 2021. I was told the set would be delivered between the last week of May-first week of June. On June 3rd, I called to find out when my babies’ furniture would be delivered since I never heard from the store. They gave me a whole song and dance about how covid delayed shipping, they ordered their own container and truck, and I was assured the delivery would be the first week of July. I responded that is fine, but I should’ve been made aware of this. If they hired trucks and containers then they knew the delivery was delayed for weeks now, why wasn’t I informed. I asked them to make a note and to let me know of any other delays in shipping as my due date is quickly approaching. Radio silence for the next month. I called on July 3rd, the week I was rescheduled to, and spoke with Doreen. She was immediately defensive and rude and barely let me get a word in, shouting at me that she can’t control covid and my furniture would MAYBE be in at the end of July, but she can’t make any guarantees. I responded, I understand, however you should’ve informed me of the additional delays. Her response was, in the most impolite, vulgar tone “what do you expect me to do, call every person who placed an order and tell them it is delayed?” YES, that is EXACTLY what I expect you to do, it’s called customer service. After another round of being yelled at, she stated: you have 3 options, option 1, grin and bear it (!!) and wait for it come in, option 2, we can send you a loaner crib (really? My newborn in your loaner crib, no), or 3, take a refund. At this point I said is there someone else I can speak to, not knowing she was the owner. She responded, “I am the proud owner, above me is God.” Let me repeat that for the kids in the back. “Above me is God.” I was floored. I took option 3, a refund, at that point I would rather buy a crib at Walmart than support that nasty witch. After cancelling, I read through other reviews on the store and every single negative review has to do with Doreen and her appalling behavior and attitude towards PREGNANT WOMEN! Doreen, you are a truly a disgrace to mom-and-pop shops everywhere. Your demeanor and tone are disgusting. My wife and I were in the market for a new set of furniture for our 11 month old son. We had previously been given furniture by a family member that we thought was a gift, but it turned out that this furniture ended up being the base of a huge argument. My sister and brother in-law, who gave us the furniture, wanted it back- (We have a new baby, they do not). This put us in a tough predicament. We ended up finding the brand that we wanted at Lakeland Baby and Teen Furniture in Wayne, NJ. The staff there helped us choose what we needed and gave us the best price we found in our search. After hearing our story, they even offered to loan us a set of furniture while we waited for our new set to be manufactured (At no cost!) It was a pleasure dealing with Doreen and Ed, both were knowledgeable and did not pressure us to make a purchase. Our furniture was delivered in the time frame they promised and the delivery men, Marvin and Matt, were courteous, fast, and did not damage our house or the furniture in the move. They even delivered it on a day that we got hit with a huge snow storm. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone I know and of course to you! We will be back at some point for more furniture as our family expands.

I ordered a play mat as a gift on August 5th online from this store. I emailed after 12 days of not receiving the item or any shipping information. I was told that they would contact the shipping department and it would take 1-3 business days to hear back from the shipping department and they would get back to me- they never did. So I called on day 15 and was told that basically the store doesn’t handle the online orders and the guy I spoke to called whoever does deal with the online orders (he didn’t even know where it would be shipping from) and called me back and said that it was currently in a shipping container at the shipping departments facility that would hopefully be unloaded that day and as soon as he got the shipping information he would send it along. I waited another 5 days and called back - the girl on the phone said there is still no shipping information associated with my order which means that it still has not shipped yet and that again she would have to reach out to the shipping department and get back to me in 48 hours. It has now been 20 days since I placed my order, I was charged for the item and shipping when I purchased it and still nothing! They blamed Covid and that the factories in China and Vietnam had laid people off. I would NEVER buy from this...
