I live in Wayzata and was on a walk on this beautiful day with my husband. We decided to pop in to 5 swans as he has bought me gifts there in the past and I have not been there. Once you walk in there is an alert (doorbell) sound I can only assume to make the sales people aware of customers. Well no one else was in the store, except two employees chatting with each other; my husband and I walked through the entire store (5 mins). These ladies didn’t even acknowledge our presence, just went about chatting with each other. I went on Website to try and find an email so I could let management know about our experience, but there wasn’t one, so this is the only way I could report it. ...
