I guess a Sunday afternoon is not a good time to go to Ben & Jerry’s in Wayzata MN. I tried three different ice creams and they’re all out. Different size servings come from different person so nothing is consistent. You get a lot more when the managers not there and you get your moneys worth. When the managers there you’re losing money, it’s better to just go to the grocery store to get Ben & Jerry’s by the pint. Extremely disappointed with the attitude from the manager, maybe a little competition needed in this small town. We just decided to go to the local grocery store and get a point it’s a lot cheaper than it is actually going to the Ben & Jerry’s. Lost my business, not because they are always out but the managers attitude.
Sorry not supporting rudeness and we use to go once a week and spend at least $30.00 on ice cream. May not seem like a lot, but that average is about $120 a month and we’ve lived here for...
Read moreThis Ben & Jerry’s location is a textbook case of poor management. Every single time I walk in, they’re either completely out of ice cream or running low on basic flavors. It’s absurd that a franchise known for ice cream can’t keep it in stock. As for the owner—her attitude is something else. She should leave it at the door because her micromanagement over every tiny scoop is beyond ridiculous. The way she obsessively controls portions, down to every last drop, is downright stingy. I’ve been to other locations, and this is the only one where I feel like I’m being rationed ice cream. Honestly, if they put a Kilwins in Wayzata, this place would go under in a heartbeat, and I’m seriously considering investing just to prove the point. Wayzata businesses should prioritize customer service, and this Ben & Jerry’s has...
Read moreVery helpful staff. They realized their hours had changed for the first of the year, and made sure the cake that my boyfriend had paid for was able to make it to me by my birthday. They no longer had hours on Friday so we had to make the 30 minute drive on a Wednesday when they were closed. Cake was Cherry Garcia. Which I normally love by Ben and Jerry’s Ice cream. Frosting was VERY VERY sweet, and i just couldn’t eat it, and since it was the first thing i tasted, it really hurt the flavor of the rest of the cake but it just match up to their ice cream, and was far worse flavor. Which this makes me completely unsure of them as a ice cream shop and ever trying again. So the rating is a 3 due to the event that they were unable to update their google times, and and we were told we could pick it up early on a day they...
