I was on a date with a girl and was rudely asked if I stole a ring, despite not even touching the rings. if you’re young looking or a visible minority the manager/ owner will accuse you of stealing to get a quick buck. After she pointed out a ring that was already on my finger for the past five years, she stated it was hers from her shop, I then hand over the ring to let her see it to prove it’s mine and not from her shop. I told her very angrily “You can have it if you truly think it’s yours, but it’s not.”, after holding it, she then realized it was not her ring, and she gave it back in embarrassment, and then told me to never come back again, instead of apologizing. do not go to this store, they’re selection of “vintage items” is a joke and they overcharge you while you’re at it. Staff was very rude and items were overpriced despite being in bad condition, scratches, chips, and dents everywhere, they don’t replace their gum balls on the gum machine and my kid chipped her tooth on them. Then the older woman who presumably owns the shop, followed me around every step of the way and when I asked question over the items I was left with a snarky response.
