I went in to do the free body scan. I didn’t have the intention on buying anything. Hunter went over it with me, and I ask what he recommended for someone who skips breakfast and needs 3-5 cups of coffee to make it through the day. I add a lot of sugar to my coffee, so it is definitely something I need to cut down on. He recommended a protein shake that has two shots of espresso in it. I haven’t had coffee in 3 days, feel full until lunchtime, and have so much energy! It’s only been a few days, but this is something that make a huge difference in my sugar intake.
