Terrible! I had to call 5 times to place my order. When phone was answered, he put me "on hold" which meant he sat the phone down on the counter. I listened to the workers for 15 min. Guy came back on the line. took my order then laid the phone down again..saying something about needing to get the cookies. When he came back on the line he asked for my order AGAIN..not listening to my response I had to repeat parts of it 3 times. He told me it would be 20 min to get my 2 sandwiches! Read moreTerrible experience. I get it, you have to work on the 4th of July. That's a bummer. Would it kill you to greet customers with a smile or decent greeting? Don't treat my family and I like it's our fault you had to be there. Also, a little more patience with customers who aren't familiar with your menu would help as well. We haven't been to a subway in a while, now I remember why. Lastly, conflicts with coworkers who aren't there should be discussed in private and not in front of customers. Read moreI ordered a pick up order 2 hours ahead of time and since I work close by and only get 30 min lunch breaks. I went there to pick up and had to wait almost 10 minutes for them to hand me my wrap. I get to the car to inspect and it's face down in the paper and the wrap WAS NOT wrapped. It was messy and slimy and NOT wrapped up. This could have been done better. I went inside got napkins and told them exactly this to give them some constructive criticism. I hope this helps...
