HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! NOT EVEN 1 STAR!

I ordered product from this company 3 days ago!! And just today there telling me that they "should" be able to ship my $160 dollars worth of product (bday gifts for my nephew) that needed to be deliver to him early this week for his birthday!
here is a letter that I sent to there so-called customer service:
So 3 Days have past and now you “should” be able to ship now? I just spent $157.61 with your company, not a ton of money, but its substantial enough to me!
I understand that you guys don’t work on the weekends, I am actually happy that you don’t! Weekend time should be spent with loved ones, family & friends!! Why did I NEVER receive a physical phone call from a service rep from your company on Monday? Instead have to do everything thru in internet? This is a major problem these days, there is NO personal contact from companies to their human paying customers!! I am in sales, if I were to do this to a paying, loyal client – I would loose them!
And I have to ask: what is this statement that was from you about the original order: “If we do not hear from you by May 13, we will assume you are no longer interested in the order and cancel it on your behalf”. I have never heard a company tell a customer that they will cancel an order of their behalf??
I am expecting a discount, free rush freight or something to compensate me for this, it is totally unacceptable! I will also get ahold of corporate and voice my concerns about this situation. I really am not the type of guy/customer to complain, but I have order from you in the past, with no problems, I indeed like your quality & selection of product, but to have no one from your end contact me buy phone to clear this up in 10 minutes, instead of 2 days – infuriates me! I highly doubt I will ever order from you again!
Please have management contact me at 832-287-** – that is a cell phone that rings to me directly 24/7 - voice to voice! Keep me posted on any additional problems and discounts offered to get this final order complete, as my nephew is waiting for birthday gifts I ordered and already told him about!

While at the store, I figured I'd get some good work socks. Angie helped me find the 6 packs of socks since I couldn't find them near the fancy, single pair socks. While checking out I mentioned these were my first Duluth purchases and asked if the underwear lived up to the hype. Angie said they absolutely did, her husband owned 16 pair, and that they were on sale 50% off!!! She fully described the different types and helped me pick the best one. Read moreOk so I'll be honest, I knew this store was expensive and I'm normal cheap so I went on a sale day. The sale signs apparently was a little misleading or just not descriptive enough although the sale was 30% off shorts according to the E-mail I recieved. In the end I paid $185.00 for a pair of pants that was on sale 1 pair of shorts and 4 pair of underwear. The employees were really nice about my confusion and as helpful as they could be. They did not make me feel bad in any way, but man that store is expensive... Although the clothes are really nice and after i wear them I bet they are worth it. Maybe need to work on the marketing...
