The Baybrook restaurant is located outside of the mall, with indoor and outdoor dining. My wife and I went around noon on a Sunday and the restaurant was packed. We were greeted with a sign that stated that we should order first before being seated. She and I downloaded the menu using a QR code and proceeded to the register. The cheerful cashier was very helpful in answering any questions that my wife and I asked. We each ordered a Philly cheesesteak crepe and a Nutella latte. The cashier gave us number on a plastic card that we could display on our table, which finding a table was rather a challenge. There is an upstairs portion, but it was closed, although there were diners sitting and eating there. My wife and I sat down to a single marble table and metal chairs close to the restaurant entrance. Although it was very hot outside, our location was quite cool and comfortable. The metal chairs do make a bit of noise when being moved across the floor. You'll notice that you'll have to stop talking when the busboy is cleaning and moving/reorganizing the chairs. My wife and I didn't have to wait long for our order after sitting. The lattes came first, then the Philly Cheesesteak crepes arrived a couple of minutes after the hot drinks. The crepes were accompanied work a salad with a wonderful vinaigrette. Both the crepes and lattes were delicious, as well! Although the pictures may appear that there's not much food, I have to admit that I was rather full. After we left the restaurant, my wife and saw a longtime friend and said that we should eat at Sweet Paris to have a bite and catch up. In saying that, it's obvious that...
Read moreHighly disappointed that they don’t do anything for birthday’s here. I reached out to the Sweet Paris in Sugarland to see if they did anything for birthday’s as a company. I was informed yes. That they do provide a Nutella crepe for the birthday person. I figured it meant for EVERY location. If I would have known every place is different, I would have NEVER came here. Also, hubby is extremely upset that they don’t have his breakfast plate available, not even with an extra charge.
Yes I agree you guys gave us something, right after you guys saw my review., BUT it wasn’t until I posted my review and my family’s upset face that you guys waited until we almost left to offer anything after I did ask in the front. Which by the way he doesn’t even eat what you offer, he is allergic to it.
Now, on today’s experience. I just gave birth to my daughter two days ago. I asked my husband to go get me the special for the free Nutella Crepe and to order me my favorite plate from Sweet Paris because I’m craving it. The text message states “ Redeem in store”. You guys had a line outside. He waited in line for 40 minutes. When he gets to the front to order, you guys refuse to give him the deal or make my food. He was told that it has to be a Dine In. First of all, no where in the text message does it state that. It just says to redeem in person. Second of all, I JUST GAVE BIRTH. How do you expect me to “DINE IN”?! I can’t leave the hospital! You guys are ridiculous. Bad experience after another. I will NOT be coming here ever again. Your customer service...

I emailed him and he invited my friend and I to come back for a complimentary meal and to review how he has ordered new locks and updated the restroom policy. The locks were replaced in less than two weeks. This response was over and above our expectations and I am so grateful for Ludo's actions. It spoke volumes about his character and how he expects his place to run. I have updated my review to 5 stars. The food is phenomenal. Very fresh, very tasty, well prepared and plated. The environment is clean and open. We will certainly return. THANKS LUDO!
04.24.21. I would have given 5 stars as the food and atmosphere were superb. However, my female friend was in the bathroom with the door locked. A male knocked on the door and she responded that she would be out shortly. This guy, apparently an employee, proceeded to unlock the door and walk in. She was still sitting on the toilet! Regardless of gender, this is unacceptable. When she notified the manager, the response she got was "Are you ok?" Nothing was done to speak to the male employee in her presence. I find this to be poor practice on the part of management. My friend said she will not be returning, which is unfortunate because she really...
