Had a lot of friends recommend this place to me but my visit was VERY DISAPPOINTING. I am young and I look younger than I am, so I can see why I might be ignored but it was VERY frustrating. I shouldn't have to go shopping in my suit to get some help. I like to take my business to people who treat all their customers equally. I wanted to speak with a consultant about a closet instillation for my new home. It was a Tuesday or Thursday around 10 AM, so you can imagine, IT WAS NOT BUSY. I walked around the store and ran into NUMEROUS consultants, I would begin to speak to one and they would say "Hello" and keep walking by hurriedly. The manager said, "Excuse me" as she walked around me. No one was directly rude, but NOT ONE PERSON offered to help me. After about 25 minutes of trying to figure the closet instillation stuff myself WITH NO HELP I was so discouraged I decided to just buy the little item I picked up when I entered and leave. I am giving the store two stars because the selection looked ok, slightly better than Ikea, more expensive - TOO BAD I DIDN'T GET ANY MORE INFORMATION TO COMPARE. The other reason I gave a star is for the woman who assisted me at check out. She asked if I wanted whatever reward card and I said "No, I don't think I'll be shopping here again anytime soon." She asked me why and I told her "Not one person offered to help me, I had maybe 6 people walk by or around me, I know I look young and I guess that meant I wasn't worth their time but I would rather take my business to people who will appreciate my business and help me." She then offered to help but it’s the principle at this point. I may return in a year or so if they staff changes, but I probably won’t need closet instillation at that point. I placed an order for three items back in March. One item arrived in April the other two items have yet to arrive. I understand circumstances are different, but I have received no update. When I call customer crevice I'm placed on hold for 30 minutes before being disconnected. On top of that, when I call the store number, they have very little concern for the fact that I have been waiting for months with NO update on their part. I should be getting updates with regard to my order once it's worth months past the delivery date. On top of that, they will not allow me to cancel my order. I am extremely disappointed. They had no problem charging my card soon my placing the order. They shouldn't charge my card until the order ships. Four months is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for cereal...

Very cool place to visit. I went in this fresh new store to search for a particular house use only funnel, since my funnels are being used for car fluids and I ended up buying three items instead. All these items I needed, or I had been thinking about recently, and I would not find them, at my local Kroger. A Very unique store brand here. I enjoyed my visit here very much! It is a good place to kill some time if you are bored and wish to see some interesting items for viewing.
