Iāve been to the salon a few times and after today I donāt think Iāll be back. There are 2 men who currently work there and the older of the 2 men did my nails on 2 separate occassions. The first time he did them I asked for gel French tips and they looked fine when I left. But, the very next day 3 of my nails chipped after I supposedly got gel polish. I went back the next business day and Nikki re-did my nails. They looked better and they never chipped. She was great and provided excellent customer service. Today was the second time older man did my nails and I told him the the last time he did them they chipped the next day so I wanted an extra coat of paint. He said he would give me an extra coat of paint while he was doing my nails and then at the end he refused to give me an extra coat and said he knows what heās doing. He was very rude when I told him I did not want to have to come back in because my nails chipped the last time he did them. I am 9 months pregnant and had to inconvenience myself and bring my 2 children with me to get my nails re-done after the first time he did my nails. He also did not shape my nails how I asked. I regret I paid without being satisfied. If you go to this nail salon avoid the older man who works there. He does sloppy work and has horrible customer service. I wonāt go back unless I get an...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreRudeness to the 10th degree! My mother-in-law and I went to this nail salon (1/17/20 @ 5:15pm) longing for a relaxing experience and we came out feeling like we were doing the staff a favor. Iām visiting Houston, Texas and this place made me feel as if I wasnāt going to pay-up for serviceās and even made me question if they had a problem with my skin tone. When we first walked in we were greeted by a young Asian staff with a dry personality and bad customer service skills. I told myself āmaybe heās having an rough dayā yeah, right, little did I know what experience I was walking into. So, we sat down at the pedi station, staff came and started working on me then I asked her a couple of simple questions and she answered me very short and rude. I asked one last question asking ādo you work on nails too (full-set)ā she looked at me like āduh Bā and walked away to grab a warm towel for my legs. I then had to check-her and say āam I bothering you by asking you a few questions? Because if I am you donāt have to work on meā. After that her attitude changed and was nice but damn I had to do that to get some respect. This place was a waste of my time! Money comes and goes but my time is precious and the negative energy is not needed. You guys really need some training on your customer...

Janet was my nail tech and Iām not sure of the guys name but he sits in the first chair to the right when you walk in . They weee both nice and sunny did our waxes she was super sweet. So overall a good First visit.
2nd visit a weak ago was completely just horrible so I think his name is Justin or Austin not sure but he sits to the far left upon walking into the salon and so first he was rude . I asked him for ombrƩ and he like okay but then makes the comment you know that will be more money right ? Like one thing is for sure we know going into a nail salon they charge for everything plus on the sign it says it but it was more his body language and tone when he said it (The lady next to me looked at me and said that was ridiculous) all I could do was smh. Then he seemed like he was just so aggravated that he was gripping my hand a little hard however to say he made be not want to go back again because I am big on customer service and just respecting others . It literally cost nothing to be nice .
Oh side note my nails on both hands are lifting that he did and the ones Janet did...
