My partner and I came in and got the tea service, and I have MANY good things to say! I gave four stars just for a few small reasons. When we arrived I said the two of us would like to sit down for the full tea service. According to the website, a pot of tea with a delightful array of snacks and sweets. The website did not say anything about needing to call ahead of time or reserve, however the host furrowed her brow at our request saying "Well...do you have a reservation..?" I explained I wasn't aware we needed one, and asked if that was okay. She promptly left the front desk and came back saying "my manager will be here to talk to you." This made me oddly nervous 😅 I asked if everything was okay, and she said "oh yeah my manager just said she'll be here soon". The manager/owner came and was incredibly pleasant and lovely and just wanted to clarify what we needed and then seated us. The table was prepared and tea served in no time at all. Initial first impression was odd, but from this point on it was wonderful. Our server, Shelley, checked on us frequently and took excellent care of us. The food and sweets were fantastic and the tea was perfectly strong. My only notes is that the quiche slices they brought us (which was a nice surprise I will say!) were stone cold, and the biscuits were rock hard, not even slicable but I'll be darned if we didn't eat it all anyway! 🤣 The corner we were put in was also a bit...unkempt, but we did choose that table ourselves. I also had a dirty tea cup, but they quickly brought me a new one no problem. Two of the food items were supposed to be served in fillo pastry, but these pastries were not available. So overall, these little details make me leave 4 instead of 5 stars today, but everyone was very accommodating and friendly and pleasant, and the tea service was a sweet and very cool experience, so we will DEFINITELY be back! Now that I have learned my lesson, I will call ahead next time so that they have more time to prepare and not have to stress at all over us and I would recommend everyone do the same. Thank you for allowing us to be there until closing, I apologize for not checking hours ahead of time. You were all wonderful and I am looking forward to coming...
Read moreThe Sip and Shop Cafe and Boutique is charming hideaway where rustic meets refinement like they’re old friends catching up over handcrafted cocktails and farm-fresh dishes. The bar pours classics with a twist — like your grandma’s recipe got a stylish makeover and decided to party — while the kitchen whips up dishes that feel both homey and haute.
To be honest, the vibe is golden and the drinks are even better, but when you finally stepped back into the cool air, the laughter and music followed you out the door — a reminder that sometimes the best experiences are found not in grand places, but in small-town corners that feel a little like home.
This is the kind of restaurant where no allergy is too obscure, no diet too demanding, and no substitute too weird to try. The chef? A culinary wizard with the patience of a saint and the creativity of a mad scientist on a kale-fueled mission. She prepared a molten masterpiece of a cheese quesadilla with the perfect blend of veggies and cheese. And the LEMON CAPER BONE IN CHICKEN THIGHS SERVED WITH RICE is the product of a chicken that takes a luxurious spa day in lemon zest and caper confidence, then struts out golden, juicy, and ready for its close-up. All fresh and absolutely delicious.
This is a perfect spot to get rustic, get refined, and maybe get a little bit...

I have to give a special shoutout to Izzy, our server, who was absolutely delightful. Friendly, attentive, and just the right amount of bubbly. She made our visit extra enjoyable without ever being overbearing. It’s clear she loves what she does, and it shows in her service.
