Bought Royal Moonshot 1/8 from Root 66 in Wentzville, Mo on Sunday, Nov 24, 2024. Went to open my weed today Nov 25th to find the jar stating the weed is UNTESTED written On the label of the jar. I called Root 66 around 9am for a unknown sales lady to answer as I started to explain the situation how the jar states untested and she cut me off saying "There's no way that's possible we test every product" to which i said i have the jar right here in my hand cutting her off back. She then responses" i dont need to yell at ME" which i respond im not yelling at you I'm talking to you." For her to say I can get my manager" to which I said "yes get your manager i do not want you to help me anymore ". She then put a lady manager of the store on the phone. Name Unknown. And I started to retell what happened and how the representative basically called me a liar for my jar not being tested. Only for the manager to immediately defend the representative saying she didn't say that and she was standing there the whole time. Then got defensive when I said "yes she did by telling me that there's no possible way the weed didn't get tested" then proceeds to try the dont yell at me card too just like the representative did on the phone. To which I responded "I'm not yelling at you I'm holding the phone under my chin talking to you." The manager then goes on after the power play to fall back to semi professional behavior and started explaining that she has the testing reports and SOMETIMES LABELS ARENT REMOVED AND REPLACED @ TESTING SITE. At that point I gave up on Root 66 and just started the well thank you for helping me skit and got off the phone to write this review.
So ROOT 66 by definition NOT POSSIBLE does NOT constitute as MAYBE. It is defined by WITHOUT POSSIBILITY.
So a blaming it on the testing facility is STILL UNACCEPTABLE. AS ROOT 66 HAS TRAINED STAFF AND MANAGEMENT behind the counter to check in the product and sell the product.
Yes the representative DID call me a liar by discrediting my complaint live on phone by cutting me off and saying that was NOT POSSIBLE when referring to Claus 1 listed above. WHILE IM HOLDING THE PRODUCT ROOT 66 SOLD ME WITH LABELS IN MY HAND.
Yes the manager indirectly called me a liar by saying im lying by immediately defending the representative who called me a liar cuz quote on quote ITS NOT POSSIBLE by signing off on it as a manager by claiming she was standing there the whole time and that never happened. Only for her to flip the script and try blaming the issue on testing facility messing up.
IVE USED ROOT 66 FOR A YEAR NOW AND NEVER HAD A BAD THING TO SAY ABOUT THE COMPANY TIL NOW. HONESTLY AFTER TODAY MY MONEY SHOULD BE BETTER SPENT DOWN THE ROAD @ A DIFFERENT DISPENSARY IF THATS HOW ROOT 66 IN WENTZVILLE OPERATES.
IN RESPONSE TO SAMS RESPONSE: End of the day like I mentioned above and still ongoing IT IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPLAINT. Your representative should have NEVER shut down my complaint with its NOT POSSIBLE. End of the day a mislabelled product left YOUR STORE so yes absolutely possible. I was and am having a good day not a bad day i appreciate your concerns of empathy for me however I'm sorry your staff wasn't trained properly how to handle a complaint and im sorry you still can't see as the manager how that is a CUSTOMER SERVICE...
Read moreWe have been regular customers since we moved to Wentzville in August of 24 because of how close the store is. Overall, the staff and store is not bad. They even gained the business of 4 other members of our family as a result of our referrals. This was despite the fact of the constant struggles of them constantly not having inventory of items on the sheets that we wanted. Slower than slow restock times. The hoaky paper sheets in the sheet protectors. Scratched out products and price changes. I mean as much money as this business generates, you can’t adjust the prices, reprint the sheets, and replace them? Can you not afford ink for the printer or what? Then we were told if we had any problems with a disposable vape, to bring it in and they would take care of it. I guess that must have been a subjective statement. The first time it happened, we called but just ended up letting it go. Today, the vape we just bought three days ago lasted less than two days ago. My girlfriend took it in today, was told the battery was ok, and should be half full at the very least. The guy looks at it, says he sees a bubble and offers 20% off. She charged it before she left. She charged it when she came home. The battery is still blinking like it is low. And we can’t see anything. This is a 91% vape and we don’t smoke enough to have blown through that much. So he essentially made her feel like a liar by not standing behind the product. This is what happens when you have a business that gets this big. They have become big enough and make enough money that they don’t care about screwing over their customers and won’t lose a wink. So I will guess they will not miss our business. Or our family. Or any of our friends that visit. Rethink your practices Root 66. One day it might...
Read moreI bought 5 Cubano live resin infused preroll 3 packs. Had them before, they were great then. These 3 pk ones that I bought this time were terrible! I usually only have to smoke half a preroll, I smoked 2 whole prerolls and all it did was my my equilibrium messed up. Not high at all. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Went back to the store for help. The only thing they could do was offer a discount towards another purchase. The lady that helped me was surprised that I had an issue with cubano because she said it was their house brand. I have no way how to get ahold of Cubano to get any type of refund. At this point I say”Don’t use Cubano “. The product I tried was garbage! I wasted $120.39 !!!! Wish I could get something back out of my money. Bought another brand,a 14 pack, it was great! Because of my issue the dispensary could only give a 20% discount. So it still cost me another 100 bucks. So I had to spend 220 dollars to get satisfied. Not happy!! Receipt in picture for first purchase of garbage...
