We work near this subway and frequent the location. Today, a co-worker went to get a few sandwiches and when she said that she needed to pay separately, the "manager" Rosa ROLLED HER EYES! I had ordered a 6" roasted chicken with lettuce, pickles and mayo. When she brought them back, low and behold, there was no chicken at all on my sandwich. I called the store and Rosa, the "manager" stated that she knows that she put chicken on the sandwich. I kept telling her, there is no chicken on this at all. Rosa kept repeating herself that she knows she made the sandwich correctly. I asked if she was calling me a liar and she stated again, she knows she put the chicken on the sandwich. I advised her that I would come back down and show her this sandwich and she would refund me my money.
I took the co-worker who picked up the sandwiches with me. Upon arrival, I gave her the sandwich at which time a SECOND employee comes up from the back. I am explaining to her that there is no chicken on the sandwich and AGAIN she kept repeating the orders to me. I said, "and again, you are calling me a liar. Why would I lie about whether or not chicken is on my sandwich" At which time the second employee states, "My manager is a very honest person and she does not lie. We are just making the sandwiches. Customers claim this all of the time." and yells, " SOMETIMES IT IS THE CUSTOMERS FAULT!" ------------ WHAT?!?!?!??!?!?!?!? We have had numerous issues with this "manager" being rude to us and now other employees are allowed to act the same! When I asked for the second employees name, she rolled her eyes and left for the back room. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!! We work in the customer service industry and this is INSANE!!!! I understand that orders are made or explained incorrectly at times. Had this issue been handled with more grace by the employees at your location, you would not be receiving this review. Went to this subway today (1/6/2024 at 8:55 am) and simply wanted a breakfast sandwich in a bowl. We were told it’s a different charge and they can’t do that. We then explained that we will pay for the sandwich at regular price, please just put it in a bowl because we don’t eat bread. We were told the bowl is a different charge. We then asked if we can buy a bowl by itself, and also buy the sandwich at regular price, and just put the breakfast in the bowl without bread. We were told they can’t do that.
Seems pretty easy to me, but apparently not. So we decided to take our business elsewhere. Just another reason we will not be subway customers moving forward. We’ve supported both subways in Wentzville for many years, and over the past couple of years the service and quality of food has gone downhill. With all the competition and similar options now available in Wentzville, I hope the owners of this subway make a change for the better.

I jus went there to get a footlong subway club (4 turkey 4 roast beef and 2 ham) and the manager at that location prepared my sandwich. Whenever she was putting the meat on my bread i noticed that she only put 2 roast beast on my footlong subway club. I kindly asked her that i thought it came with 4 roast beef (even though i knew it did from previously working there) and she lied straight to my face and walked away from making my sandwhich. Normally i would just brush it off but i go to subway very frequently and i expect to alteast have the correct amount of meat on my sandwich. Not only that, but the manager straight lied to my face.
