Do not go here unless you was terrible pieces and horrible customer service!!! I took my niece to paint a piece of pottery for a funeral to be displayed. I informed the owner that it was for a funeral and I needed it for a specific day and she promised me it would be ready. When I went to pick it up on the day of the funeral and also the day it was suppose to be ready she then informed me that it wouldn't be ready until the following day and she wasn't even sympathetic and didn't even seem to be sorry. Then the next day, when I went to go pick it up, I looked it over and it looked horrible!!!! There were two chips out of the piece and extra glaze all over it so it was white. The other piece we did had black paint on it and over it there was so much extra glaze that it was white. Also, it had a dent and chip out of the paint. There were also scratches all over it. When I called to complain the lady told me she "didn't like my tone" and was rather rude and didn't care at all. This place used to be so nice when it was under old management since they switched owners it is terrible and they actually charged us way more than it should've been. This place is terrible we would go there all the time and now I will never return. The Better Business Bureau has also been informed...
Read moreWe did not realize that it was located in the back of the building. But the second we walked in we got the warmest welcome from the three sweet girls that were there all night to help. There was probably 20 people there participating. What a great variety of pottery to choose from. Love the whole setup of the paint all the brushes different techniques that you can do and the girls will help you with it. They had snacks, great music in the background and not loud. They had a two-door prizes and a trivia game on paper to win a prize. My daughter and I had such a great time. Absolutely fell in love with this place and cannot wait to go again. They had artwork out on the table that other people had done and it was great to look at what imaginations that others have. Thank you for such a great night for my daughter and I and we will be bringing friends on...
Read moreImagination Pottery Studio is such a fun and welcoming place. They have regulars who are made to feel like family when they come paint. If you're new everyone makes you feel welcome. I recently attended Potterypalooza which was my 3rd event there. At Potterypalooza you pay a flat fee and can paint as many "flawed," discontinued, or overstock items as you can. Funny though, they didn't really look like flaws to me because if they hadn't pointed it out, I wouldn't have seen it. The two girls working that night worked so hard running around helping us all night! The atmosphere was really fun because everyone was having a good time painting while also trying to see how many projects they could get done. I finished 5 and can't wait to see them. If you're looking for a fun, casual night out this is a...
