The Bedroom Store — Hotel in Wentzville

ZERO stars should be an option. We made our purchase and scheduled the delivery for Thursday. I was told they would arrange the time with me. Instead, I received a voicemail informing me of the three hour window they would arrive. My husband took off work to be home. A half hour, after the three window time started, I received a call from a man who was EXTREMELY unprofessional. He said they noticed I live way out in the sticks and they could not deliver if there was any snow or ice on our road or if we had a hill. My address was provided at the time the delivery was scheduled and we paid a hefty price for it! I asked him to call my husband who took off work to be home, to which he replied, "Oh we are still coming today". He left my husband a voicemail immediately after stating they were not coming and no ETA on delivery. When my husband made contact with the store he was directed to the warehouse where Todd assured him we would be first delivery of the morning on Saturday. They would leave at 8:30. At 12:30 I received a call that their truck was broke down in Maryland Heights. When my husband asked what mile marker so we could come get it ourselves they said they took it back to the warehouse. If they had a way to take it back to the warehouse they should've had a way to deliver it to us. I'm sorry was the only attempt to resolve this issue. My husband drove back to the store for a refund. We will NEVER do business with them again! It doesn't matter what product you have or how good your sales staff is, if you can't rely on the 3rd party company, you CHOOSE to do business with, to DELIVER your merchandise then the end result will always be the same...LOSS OF...

I have purchased from The Bedroom Store twice now. Both in 2021 and 2024. I am 32 with autoimmune disorders and chronic back pain and Daniel Roberts has been amazing to work with both times I’ve purchased here. He listened to my concerns and empathized and never tried to sell me on the most expensive bed. He just wanted me to get what I loved. I still love the mattress I purchased in 2021 but it was a Queen Size mattress. My wife moved in with me in 2022 and the Queen was just too small for us so we used her King when she moved in and use TBRS bed in our guest bedroom. If it was a King we definitely would be using it and now need a new one. The King size she has gave out on us this year. I went back to the store with my 22 week pregnant Wife and was pleasantly surprised to see Daniel there again. He has been there 11 years now and is very good at what he does and very knowledgeable. I can’t wait for our new mattress and frame to arrive at our house in just 4 days! Thanks...

I shopped around and went to 5 different places who were not really knowledgeable in my search for an adjustable base and mattress to fit into our existing bed frame set. When we walked in The Wentzville Bedroom Store location and spoke with Daniel, I knew I was in the right place. Daniel was very knowledgeable, nice, and experienced in educating me to help me find what we were looking for. The store also has floor models for you to see and test out before purchasing. Daniel went above and beyond with being patient and offering advice. The delivery team was all very professional, quick and efficient. I have had many places deliver furniture and by far “The Bedroom Store” has moved to the top of my list. I recommend using TBS and highly recommend checking out the Wentzville location.
