I had my wedding in January and here are some of my thoughts. Venue: absolutely stunning. Very spacious and amazing features. It is very unique and it definitely caught my guests eyes. Decorations: they provide a variety of choices of linens and center pieces that best fit your style which is wonderful. The floral arrangement are breathtaking. It honestly made me cry of how beautiful the decorations and the venue came together. Staff: I would say the staff are very hard working and must deal with a lot to manage multiple clients. With that being said, I believe that the younger office staff were dismissive when faced with complications that I addressed. Their coordinator, Mayte, was WONDERFUL and knew what she was talking about. Very professional and kind. When it came to the actual day, everything turned out great. Office and hours: it did remain inconsistent as we would show up or call during office hours and the building was either locked or no one would return the phone call until many days later. Lastly, they calculated our payment plan incorrectly and left us with a very large sum to pay at the end.

In summary, at the end of the day. This venue took care of everything and because of them they gave me and my husband a memorable night. I am still glad I decided to have my wedding night at this venue. It was...

After being charged premium price you expect premium service! Not the case! Yes the venue is beautiful and the set up was nice but the service we got during our wedding was sub par. We were told that doors were gonna open at 6 but ran late. Leaving elderly family outside in the cold waiting. When I went up to a worker and asked why the doors weren't opened he replied "we are waiting for the groom." Not knowing I was the groom and told them to open up! The bride and myself were promised a bottle for our event but was told they didn't have it. The venue was so petty in their rules that they didn't allow a child sippy cup with water inside. I had to ask the event coordinator to provide napkins for the cake since the linen napkins were picked up. Also make sure u take a change of clothes cause the venue will not lower the AC.
